The story

Following a group of friends from university as they progress into middle-age life and go their own separate ways.

What it’s like

Warm, bright campus colours carry most of this, with sunlit courtyards, crowded hostel rooms lit by tube lights and afternoon glare, and a loose, handheld energy in the flashback scenes that tilts toward slapstick and gleeful mess. The present-day scenes are cooler and softer, with more interiors and quieter framing, so the film feels like a bright memory being revisited with a sigh. Music is upbeat Hindi pop and cheerful bursts of score that drop into tender piano-led passages when the mood turns. The vibe is nostalgic and affectionate, a comfort watch with real heart, well suited to a lazy weekend, a reunion-minded evening, or anyone who misses their own college friends. Pacing is brisk and comic in the early stretches, then slower and more reflective, and the emotional arc follows a group of old friends rediscovering each other and the younger selves they used to be. The intensity is mild: comic physical gags and sporting rivalry, with no gore or graphic violence. Its emotional weight is real, though, since one strand involves a young person's suicide attempt and its aftermath, handled with care but still heavy. Romance is light and sweet. Suited to viewers who want humour, warmth and friendship, with the understanding that the drama can hit hard.
