The story

Broke, and in desperate need to update her portfolio, New York City model Katie calls a number from a tear-off flyer offering free photos. But this innocent attempt quickly turns into an unthinkable kidnapping nightmare where she's ripped away from everyone and everything she knows.

What it’s like

Grimy, low-lit digital images dominated by murky interiors, sickly fluorescent spill, and handheld close-ups that stay tight on faces and bodies, with grey winter exteriors that feel bleak and unwelcoming. The palette is cold and washed-out, and the sound is a mix of hushed room tone, abrupt silences, and synth-tinged dread that spikes hard at moments of violence. Its vibe is bleak exploitation with a relentless, brutal edge, best suited to a late night alone when you want grim, unsparing revenge rather than comfort. The pacing is lean and punishing, built around long stretches of captivity and humiliation before the story tips into retaliation. The emotional register is grim and angry, and the arc follows a woman pushed to the edge who turns the tables on those who hurt her. Intensity is high: explicit, prolonged sexual assault and graphic brutality, with frequent blood, gore, and cruelty that land without restraint. This is not gentle viewing and is unsuitable for anyone seeking softer fare. It is for viewers who want uncompromising rape-revenge horror, enjoy the genre's raw, sleazy style, and can tolerate sustained cruelty.
