The story

Nishant starts dating Charu while his roommates Rajat and Vikrant already have girlfriends in Neha and Rhea respectively. Trouble starts when the guys feel that their girlfriends are dominating them.

What it’s like

Bright, chaotic Delhi-student energy: hostel-room and college-canteen interiors lit by flat daytime fluorescents and warm tube lights, handheld camera that bounces through crowded lanes and cramped flats, quick cuts, and a loud pop-Bollywood score with bouncy horns and nasal vocals that keep the pace brisk. Its vibe is scrappy, boisterous and self-deprecating, a comedy of bruised egos and blunt jokes, with a teasing undertone of young romance. It suits a lively weekend night with friends, a light comedown after a long week, or a mindless background watch while tidying up. The rhythm is brisk and episodic, with talky bursts of banter, sudden slapstick, and sung interludes breaking up the scenes. Emotionally it stays breezy and cheeky, with three young men who mock their own romantic missteps and slowly grow more honest about what they want from the women in their lives. Language is frank and sexual innuendo is frequent, though nothing is explicitly shown; violence is rare and slapstick-scale. For fans of raucous campus comedies and young-adult romance who want something fast, irreverent and warm-hearted.
